Overhead Crane Operator:

  • Experience with a minimum of 5-ton capacity (up to 100 ton).
  • Ability to utilizing straps, chains & slings.
  • 1-10+ year(s) experience handling large steel fabrications, piping, tanks & steel weldments
  • Laying pieces out for processing.
  • Safety conscious Crane Operator with overhead crane certification preferred, but not necessary for the right individual, will train.
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Unload/Load materials and products from incoming vehicles.
  • Locate and move steel products to pallets/crates for storage/shipment.
  • Identify/Report damages, shortages and quality deficiencies.
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations.
  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs.
  • Perform visual inspection of fork truck prior to shift and discuss with Plant Supervisor if necessary.
  • Keep updated records and activity logs.
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines.
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

Skills

  • 1-10+ year(s) experience as a Forklift Operator handling steel fabrications, pipe and other structural projects.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pay based on experience.
  • Open Shop.
  • Drug testing.

  • Seeking 1-10+ year(s) of experience in thermal spraying/metallizing.
  • Will train the right person with welding background to perform Thermal Spray/metallize operations
  • Handling welding based equipment to apply metal alloys to carbon steel surfaces via compressed air.
  • Willingness/desire to learn a specialized skill.
  • Able to lift 50lbs throughout periods of the work shift.
  • Requires the use of an air supplied helmet.
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to mix, thin & spray multi component Zinc, Epoxy, and Urethane Coatings (Water and Solvent based systems).
  • 1-10+ year(s) of experience as an industrial painter.
  • Knowledge of steel surface preparation (to ensure proper coating adhesion).
  • Basic understanding of airless paint equipment.
  • Understanding of proper paint thickness application. (Wet & dry mil thicknesses).
  • Basic material handling skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Open Shop.

  • Ability to achieve and verify blast cleanliness & surface profile.
  • High school diploma or GED
